GAME SCHEDULING

1. La Little Liga Management will provide a Game schedule for the entire season.
​2. The Default Day for La Little Liga futsal is Saturday.
3. Request to change a game time must be via e-mail and sent a week prior the date of the game.
4. Generally teams will be scheduled one game each weekend.
These games will be scheduled before the start of the season.
​5. Coaching conflicts, injuries, or the inability to field the minimum number of players are not valid reasons to cancel a game.



SCORE REPORTING

1. Referee will report the scores for all the games.

GAMEDAY PROCEDURES

1. Each team’s players and coaches shall take one side of the field,
   and all spectators shall take the opposite sideline. 
2. Game cards or proof of age of the player will be printed by both teams and presented to the La Little Liga's              Manager before every game to recieve a wristband.
4. If a team is conclusively proven to have used an ineligible player during a La Little Liga game,
    the Management  may craft such sanctions as it deems appropriate, including but not limited to game forfeit.
5. At a game, if a team believes that a player from the opposing team is ineligible,
    a carded coach or manager from each team will meet with La Little Liga's Manager to review
    the status of the player(s) in question. This must be done prior to the start of the game.

Game Length

1. all La Little Liga games are 2 - 22 minutes halves.
2. Half time of 4 minutes.
3. Grace Time is 15 Minutes. Time will start running at the schedule time.


Laws of the game

General Rules:
Teams may call one one-minute timeout per half (when in possession of ball, ball out of play).
There is no overtime, injury time or stoppage time.
Teams are comprised of four outfield players and one goalkeeper.
The goalkeeper must wear a different color jersey than the outfield players.
There is no offsides in futsal
Goalkeeper can catch the ball from an opponent shot and throw over the half line
​only 5 fouls are allowed in each half per team. 6th foul is a Penalty Kick. Fouls reset after half time. Handball, technical foul are not counted as a foul.


Kickoffs:
A goal may not be scored directly from a kick-off.
The ball must be played forward first.
Tapped balls are not in play – the ball must move forward.

Kick-ins:
are indirect. The ball must be placed on or no more than 10 inches behind the line and
the kick must be taken within 4 seconds.
The kicker's non-kicking foot must be out of bounds or on the line.
A kick-in that goes directly in the opposing goal is a goal clearance for the opposing team.

A Kick-in that goes directly in the defensive goal is a corner kick of the opposing team.
If the kick-in does not enter the pitch or
if the kick is not taken within 4 seconds the kick-in is taken
by the opposing team.

Goal Clearances:
The goalkeeper must use his hands to roll, bounce or throw the ball.

The goalkeeper shall not throw the ball pass the half line,
​unless the ball bounces before the half line.
if the goal clearance does not happen within 4 seconds an indirect kick is given
​to the opposing team outside of the goal area.

Corner Kicks:
are indirect. The ball must be placed directly on the corner and the kick must be taken within 4 seconds.
If the kick is not taken within 4 seconds the restart becomes a goal clearance for the opposing team.

Free Kicks:
may be indirect. The ball must be stationary before the kick may be taken.
​player must wait for the whistle to restart the play.

Penalty Kicks:
are taken from the penalty spot and must be taken by a clearly identified kicker.
Defenders may not be nearer to the ball than 8 feet and even or behind the ball when the kick is taken.

Send-off:
only yellow card will be given to players
​the offending player must be substituted and must serves 2 minutes out of play time.
Headers:
no headers for any age group




Referees

1. All La Little Liga games will be assigned through our referee manager.
2. A single referee will be used for La Little Liga futsal.
3. Referee Fees are included on the registration fee for the teams.
4. Teams must accept that not all Referees possess the same skill set and experience,
    and that occasionally teams may differ with Referee rulings and the conduct of a game.
    all La Little Liga participants (and their supporters) are expected to treat
    all Referees with respect and decorum, and recognize that player development on either sideline is not 
    abetted by continually pursuing distracting hostilities with game officials.
    Conclude game activities with civility on the field;
    if there is a belief that further feedback would be constructive,
    please do communicate your comments to the referee feedback form.

FINES

1. A $75 fine will be accessed by La Little Liga upon 1st forfeit.
​

REFUNDS

1. If your team withdraws before they are entered into the League,
​   you will be assessed a $100 administrative fee.
2. Once the schedule has been released, NO REFUND will be issued.
